What we collect

The appointment and enquiry forms on this website collect:

• your full name
• your email address
• your phone number
• the service you are interested in (optional)
• a preferred appointment date
• any message you write to us

We also receive your IP address when you submit a form. It is stored only as a scrambled (hashed) form so we can block spam and abuse; the actual address is never saved.

Why we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange your appointment. Appointment requests submitted through this website are requests — your appointment is confirmed when our staff contact you.

Cookies & local storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store a small session flag after you dismiss a homepage announcement so it is not shown again during that visit. Website fonts are hosted on our own servers.

Third-party processing

• Cloudflare Turnstile — the bot-check on our forms runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure and verifies that submissions come from real people.
• Google Maps — our contact page shows an embedded map; when it loads, Google receives technical data from your browser.
• Cloudflare R2 — the photos and documents published on this website are stored and delivered through Cloudflare R2.
• Clicking the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp (Meta) outside this website; what you send there is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

Photos & testimonials

Patient photographs are only published after clinic staff record the patient's (or guardian's) verbal consent. Published testimonials appear only with the consent of the person named.

How your information is handled

• Form submissions are stored in our administrative portal and are visible only to the clinic's authorised administrator account.
• The portal is protected by a password-protected administrator account and, where enabled, multi-factor authentication.
• Login-protection records on our server are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
• Administrative access to the portal is logged.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept on an ongoing basis as part of our patient-relationship records. If you ask us to correct or delete your enquiry, we will do so.

You may ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted through this website at any time by emailing [email protected] or contacting the clinic.
